FOLLOWING YOUR FITNESS ASSESSMENT, WE WILL SELECT A PROGRAM THAT IS DESIGNED JUST FOR YOU.

 

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Understand your body's baseline today, so you can be stronger tomorrow. During this 2-hour assessment, I will become thoroughly acquainted with your fitness goals and evaluate your body's current movement patterns. We will perform a deep dive on your lifestyle and eating habits, a postural assessment, a strength and range of motion evaluation, and a functional movement screening. Think of it as an athlete's physical, without the boring stuff!


PERSONAL TRAINING OR YOGA PRIVATE PROGRAM

1X / 2x / 3x WEEK

Save money and time by establishing a long-term commitment to your fitness. Each program includes one-on-one performance training with me, a homework schedule for your off-days, and an open line of communication whenever you need it. Our sessions will be empowering and playful so that when you leave, you can own your day. Plus, you will get discounts on health coaching and group class events.


HEALTH COACHING PROGRAM

Take charge by committing to transformation, in and out of the gym. This six-month intensive program uses 12 one-on-one workshops to design new keystone habits that lead to a state of flow. Each one of our workshops will focus on specific aspects of your life - like your relationship to food or how you position your professional success - to set strong intention. Together, we will remove roadblocks and create new systems for you to thrive.
